Return Policy

Coffee Return/Exchange Policy:

Due to the perishable nature of coffee returns/exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis with the goal of making our customers happy.

Should you have any issues with your coffee, or errors with your order please contact us at info@puroast.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We are more than happy to help you resolve any problem(s) that may arise. Please include, your name, order #, the item(s) you would like to return/replace and the reason for the return/replacement.

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to review your inquiry. If you qualify for a return or replacement, one of our customer service specialist will provide you with instructions on how to return your item(s) in order to receive a refund or replacement.

To receive a refund, the product(s) must be returned and received at our facility. Once a return shipment has been received, inspected and approved, we will notify you and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@puroast.com.

 

Merchandise (non-coffee item) Return/Exchange Policy:

We will gladly accept all returns/exchanges on merchandise (non-coffee) items in unused condition within 30 days of purchase date. Please contact us at info@puroast.com and include, your name, order #, the item(s) you would like to return/replace and the reason for the return/replacement.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
