How can I request 2 boxes of 12 instead of 1 box of 24 pods when I order?

Won’t work

So I have to appreciate that the company met well and putting a little statement in the box of coffee pods to inform us. The reason there was no labeling on them.
However, my husband informed me this morning that the pods don’t even work.
So, now I’m stuck with one whole shipment of the unmarked coffee pods that don’t work.
