Half Caff French Roast

Really good coffee and I use the press method or pour over but I sure wish it was organic

I have received my order for a 2.5 lb bag of half-caff beans. This is some of the worst quality control I have ever seen from a coffee company and I have been ordering beans for years.
The bag I received contained a large amount of what appeared to be ground coffee mixed in with the beans. It ranged from what appeared to be a fine grind to sticky dust which coated the container I was
pouring it into making quite a mess. I have managed to sift out most of the powder from the remaining half-caff beans if in-fact that is what they are. The decaf beans I have ordered seemed to be alright so I am assuming this is a one off mistake.
I am not asking for any refund as the amount would small and not worth the trouble, besides I want to see if I like the coffee. I will say that your company better get the quality control fixed. If I have any further problems with my orders you will have lost a customer forever. This has been a very unsatisfactory experience.

I subscribe to two 2 1/2 pound bags, one of half-caff and one of decaf. Then I use two scoops of each in my electric percolator every morning, and drink the entire pot of quarter-caff without worrying about over caffeination.

My wife and I love our Puroast French Roast in the morning. It’s been the only coffee we’ve had without an acid aftertaste. We’ve been drinking Puroast for several years now and always look forward to our first cup each morning!

I like to drink lots of morning coffee, but caffeine makes my heart flutter. Going half caff I can enjoy lots of cups without the caffeine effects, but still get enough caffeine to perk me up in the mornings, and it’s easy on my acid reflux.
