I love this low acid coffee, I rarely drink any other (besides the Puroast decaf)

Unique and delightful.

The Aroma of this one is strong and will fill the room when brewed.
The Flavor is well rounded and smooth and complex.
This Coffee hits the scent sensory more then the taste one, not to say that the flavor is lacking in the taste department.
But right from opening the bag you will feel the rich scent of the Bourbon flooding your senses then as the rush subsides it tapers off into the unmistakable smell of pecans.
I do not see this as an everyday or every occasion coffee but something special to make a moment more intimate.
I think most enjoyers would describe this as delicious, rich and a warm blend.

In summery, I do not always want to drink this, but I will always enjoy drinking this when I do.
Save this one for special occasions or when you want to impress on date night.
