Regular good coffee gives me ulcers after about a week of use. This stuff doesn’t burn my upper gut. Tastes full body.
I always buy it.

Brewing Techniques

French Press

The French press is one of the easiest methods of brewing superb coffee. In order to make the french press, use coarse grinds. In a press pot, you need to soak, steep and strain ground coffee in hot water; this way, coffee’s essential oils and antioxidants are better diffused and preserved. It creates the purest flavours of the coffee, and you can make large pots of coffee in one go.The French press is one of the easiest methods of brewing superb coffee. Siphon Pot

A siphon pot method is unique as it uses a combination of coffee brewing techniques. However, it requires enormous work and effort. Coffee is added to the upper vessel, and vapour pressure aids in immersing the hot water with the coffee. Once you remove the heat, the brewed coffee gets pushed down to the bottom vessel through a filter. Since your brew only touches the glass, it creates one of the purest tasting coffees you will ever have. It typically requires medium-coarse grinds and takes 6-10 minutes of brewing time.

Cold Brew

Cold brew is made without heating the water and is low on acidity and bitterness. With an intense brew and lack of bitterness, it is easily one of the best summer drinks out there. It takes the longest time among different coffee brewing techniques, but cold brew is worth waiting for. To make a cold brew, you need to put PUROAST Beans in room-temperature water and a filter and leave it for 12-20 hours. You can make loads of coffee in one go as it stays fresh for two weeks.

Chemex

Chemex is a beautifully designed brewer that looks more like a vase than a brewer. Hot water is poured into the coffee grounds in a paper filter, and the brewed coffee drips into the flask’s bottom. The Chemex filter is typically 20-30% heavier than other filters, thus, providing you richer tasting coffee. Brewing time for this method is generally between 3 to 4 minutes, and you can make 3-4 cups in one go. This coffee method requires a medium to the coarse type grind.
