It is coffee!

So lets start with the bad.
PRICE! This is significantly more expensive then the other offerings.
What am I getting for this premium price on an already premium product? Nothing.
In a vacuum I think this is a fine coffee and could be compared to any other off the shelf grocery store premium brand.
When compared to the other blends offered up there is nothing special about this one in terms of taste.
The blend is a medium to mild robusto bean and if that is your thing then go somewhere else for one third the price to get your daily hit.
I had tried 4 other puroast blends before this one and this one just fell so flat by comparison that I was really wishing for another cup of the others.
In short this blend fails in the flavor department and paying extra for that is absurd to me.

Okay very harsh so now lets talk about the good.
Obviously This is a very premium product and is well crafted.
I appreciate that there are no flaws in the blend and the low rating will simply come down to personal taste.
This is a very low acid coffee and if you enjoy starbucks or Nabob you certainly will enjoy using this as a substitute to those blends.
The flavor is medium to light and has a unique aroma, it smells the way a cup of coffee should at a dinner so the aroma is what keeps it from falling to a two star.

Summery
The coffee is low rated because of the price and because the blend is bland when compared to the rest of the line up.
There are simply better options in the puroast line up so why settle for a good Coffee when you can have an amazing one for a lower price?
Unless you are in need of a daily coffee with as low acid as possible I would not recommend this and will not be restocking this again in the future.
